Dr. Blake Tafoya - Veterinarian

Dr. Blake Tafoya was born and raised in Orange County, California.

As a high school student, he started working for a local veterinary hospital and then continued on to be a relief emergency veterinary technician throughout undergraduate and veterinary school. He attended UC Merced for 2 years before transferring to Sonoma State University, where he graduated with his bachelor’s degree in biology. He then went on to receive his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Midwestern University in Arizona. In practice, he has a special interest in client education, dentistry, and surgery.

He began dating his wife, Danielle, over 15 years ago while still in high school. They got married in 2016 and now share their home with their two kids (and one on the way) and rescue dog. In his free time, Dr. Tafoya enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, golfing, and playing board games.
